Have no fear, we will be with you the entire way. From material selection, to scheduling, from template to install we make sure your every need is met every request is fulfilled.

How does the process work?
It's pretty straight forward. Contacting us is the first step. You can call us at 970.556.1277 or email us at info@weaverstoneco.com  for a free quote on your project. We can work directly with you the homeowner, or your designers and contractors. Our skilled professional installers make our installations go smoothly.

People often contact us starting with a close rough measurement of the size of their project, or call and ask how to measure for a quote from us. Other times we send a team member out to meet with you on the details of your project. After reviewing options and project specifics, we can then get back to you with a written bid.

Upon you choosing to move forward with your project, our Template Design Engineer is scheduled to visit your jobsite, and with your cabinets and surfaces in place and clear for measurement, uses our state of the art laser templating equipment to scribe the specific
dimensions of the layout. Very few walls and surfaces are actually exactly square. Considering our work is literally carved in stone, it's important that we have the most precise silhouette of your surface, allowing tightens fits and cleaner installation.

We then guide you through your options available for material selection, helping you better understand the almost limitless and stunning options directly available.

The laser template file is then handed over to our skilled programmer for slabsmithing, then on to fabrication of your custom pieces. The last step is installation, where our skilled install crews deliver a on schedule, clean, and precise installation.

Financing available too.

Slab Smithing your project...

Slab smithing is the process our Programers use to take the digital template of your project and directly overlay it onto a digital picture of your actual slab, allowing our design team to strategically and artfully place the cuts on your project in the most tasteful and thoughtful way.
We make great efforts to lay out your project in the best way possible. You can request to help slab smith your project, but please keep in mind that additional charges will apply.

"Will my project have seams, and will I see them?"

Depending on a number of factors, including size of installation, size of material, and project layout, your project may have seams.
Our highly trained and skilled craftsmen deliver some of the finest results available regarding seams. Though we make every effort to make the seams as discreet as possible, seams by their very nature are slightly visible and able to be felt. That is where our technology really matters. Because we laser template every project, our precise measurements help our production team plan all seams in the workshop in a controlled environment with state of the art equipment, rather than trimming and grinding on-site. At installation we also utilize specific equipment designed to help lift and twist the stone while the seam is setting, providing and industry-leading seam.

One of the most common questions we get is "Are Quartz and Granite slabs the same?" In short, no, they are not. They are similar in many respects, but are different in some pretty important ways.

What is Quartz?
Quartz is and engineered product that is made using 90% natural quartz. We are a prefered vendor of Cambria™, and work directly with the best quartz manufacturers in the world. The remaining 10% is a mixture of resin, pigments and polymers. The mix is blended together then cooked to make a permanent form which is harder than steel yet resistant to chipping or fracturing. The appearance depends on how coarse the raw quartz is ground to, the amount and type of pigment is added and the method used to cast it.

Why Quartz?
Quartz is beautiful, durable and easy to care for. Given the amount of control in the manufacturing process the color options seem endless. This ensures there is a great color that matches your home
perfectly. It is also exceptionally durable. It is harder than steel yet resists chipping and cracking. Another benefit is that quartz is non-porous. Its uniform and polished surface stays clean longer, resists staining much better than granite and will not harbor bacteria or viruses.

What is Granite?
Granite is natural cut stone, mined from some of the most beautiful quarry deposits in the world. Each cut of stone is exclusive unto itself. Depending on its location in the quarry and its mineral composition, each stone will have a similar yet unique appearance. The variations visible in each slab also varies depending on material. Some Granite is consistent in the size and distribution of the inclusions, where some slabs have visible contrasting veins.
Granite is semi-porous, and as such, requires some maintenance in surface sealing.

Why Granite?
Since Granite is a natural stone, the incredible variations available are almost limitless. Unique color palettes and intricate natural strations give an authentic warmth and harmonious feel to any room.
For outdoor kitchens and surfaces, Granite is the prefered option hands down. Polymers used in the production of Quartz products make them susceptible longterm to degradation from UV rays, making most quartz products better suited for indoor applications. Conversely, since Granite is a natural stone with no polymers, it is not affected by UV light.
